DELL Ispiron E1505

Dell Ispiron E1505 will be the Company’s first consumer notebook PC featuring preloaded Linux  operating system. The E1505 and two desktop computers with Ubuntu 7.04 Linux will be offered starting on Thursday, according to the e-mail by one of the Dell’s employees.

“We will be launching a Linux based OS (Ubuntu) on the E520 (Dimension desktop), 1505 (Inspiron laptop) and XPS 410 (desktop) starting next Thursday, 5/24. We expect these systems to be less than 1% of our OS mix for the entire year which is approximately 20,000 systems annually,” the email published on JeremyĆ¢€™s Blog says.

Alienware Area 51mx17

After much speculation, it turns out the rumor mill wasn’t just spinning stories – Alienware has officially unveiled two brand new gaming laptop models, Alienware Area-51 mX15 and Area-51 mX17 laptops. These ultimate gaming laptops have been described as “the most powerful notebooks ever created,” for many reasons. LG e-Book

The batteries of the LG e-Book use natural gas, methanol, and other eco-friendly liquid fuels. The fuel is stored in a transparent cylindrical hinge. Unlike LCD, OLED does not need a frame around it, and it consumes less electricity. The keypad will also be made of a singe OLED panel, like the one used in LG’s Chocolate Phone, according to the report
